We are an outsourced paraplanning company providing financial planning support services to financial advisers. We do not provide financial advice directly to clients and only process personal data on behalf of our clients.

We may process the following types of personal data provided by our clients: Client names, contact details, and date of birth Financial and investment information Health or insurance information, where relevant Other information required to prepare reports, recommendations, or financial plans We do not collect personal data for marketing purposes or unrelated activities.

We process personal data solely to deliver paraplanning services as instructed by our clients. Our lawful bases include: Contractual necessity: Processing is required to provide the agreed services. Legal compliance: Processing is necessary to comply with regulatory or legal obligations.
